Are you a Carer?

Herefordshire Carers Charter

If you are a carer for a friend, relative or neighbour who is unable to cope without help please identify yourself as such to the Surgery.  As a practice we would like to offer support to you as the carer, as we recognize that carers do not always prioritise their own needs.

Herefordshire Carers Support

If you have not already done so we would encourage you to register with Herefordshire Carers Support who can provide support, guidance, further information and signposting to other organisations.  The help they are able to offer ranges greatly from helping to organise help at home, to providing short trips away and day trips out, to advice in the home or by telephone, or even just receiving their newsletter.
If you would like more details please ask at reception, or alternatively click HERE to visit their website, or telephone them on 01432 356068.
